Its been a long day Sunday

I've been inspired in the art department but not in the writing department...so here is a very un-inspired account of my day.......
SO spent the day working on a variety of projects - images from my up coming exhibition(Ripe Collective 1) - a pic for a mag and material for the website www.theripecollective.com/ - here is a few samples of what I've been squirreling away on today...these pic'os are not yet completed - but thought you might like a sneak preview!

MRSA - SUPER BUG - the comic & animation!

Firstly a big thanks to those whom added my blog to their RSS news feed - glad to know my ramblings are important too you!

Had a great chat with a fellow cohort at the centre for science excellence *cough cough*
(National Science & Technology Centre(where i work))about MRSA - Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus - or as i refer to it THE SUPER BUG...(refer to pic) so the discussion ended up with me creating(quick scribble)The Super Bug character (again refer to pic) funnily enough the electron micrograph of MRSA (B&W pic) confirmed i was on the right track (before further research was conducted) a far as character 'roundness' was concerned - after a few short emails, one awesome suggestion and a giggle with my friend from http://clearlyexplained.com (do i get extra points for throwing that in bud??) i have come up with a draft for a MRSA Flash Animation -

"Weeeeeeeeeee" i hear you scream -
keep your eye out for it - as i know your all just busting at the seams to watch a few flesh eating bugs having a party made in flash!
